Partner program was opened by YouTube for everyone before 6 years. Anybody could sign up for the service, start making videos and instantly earning money. This model contributed YouTube to be the largest video platform on the web. This might create some issues. Users were signing up and uploading content possessed by other individual. Sometimes movie studios, huge record labels and other well-known creators in YouTube.

In order to prevent these counterfeit performers, YouTube has revised its partner program. According to the changed policy creators cannot start monetization until 10000 lifetime views are not acquired by them. YouTube thinks that this rule will give them enough opportunity to know the channel better. Within a short time it is going to launch a review procedure for the new creators who apply in the Partner program of YouTube. This new step will make sure that income goes to the creators who are abided by the rules.

These new rules protect the makers whose videos are re-uploaded by the fake people. Through this rule, YouTube will be able to keep the offensive videos away. YouTube is getting sufficient information for judging the strength of any channel. It helps Youtube getting information if the channel is following advertiser policies and community strategies.

As YouTube comes closer to the party, it can take effective steps on how business is accomplishing its different services.
