Re-Share Posts in Stories by Instagram
Recently Instagram have permitted the users to re-share their posts. Users can do it from other accounts to Instagram stories. Earlier this year, this aspect was used in testing and not it is open for everyone. A paper plane image comes next to the comment and like icons. It is recommended to tap on the paper plane image for re-sharing someone’s post in the type of a story.
Users will get the choice for sharing their post with other they follow. At the top there will be a choice to add the post to the story. Whenever a post is shared in a story the original account in which the post was published is tagged automatically. It is also possible for the users to add additional content which is similar to edit any other story. This could have a number of files like GIFs, text, drawings or stickers.
Using public Instagram accounts, re-sharing can be accomplished. If no option is there for sharing a specific post in the story, then a private account was used to publish the post. Many users are frustrated as there is not any built-in process to re-share the posts in the actual feed of Instagram. Users need to use different third-party apps to overcome this.
Next best feature is re-sharing posts in diverse stories. Now all users on iOS and Android would get the choice to perform this. Now Instagram is making on its stories aspect more appealing. To ensure more privacy, users with public accounts can go to settings and turn off the option for others who want to re-share their post. Even if re-share option is not available, privacy setting is there.
Tagging friends in posts and memes are become most well-known evolving behaviors. Long comment section of people is not much helpful so instagram created this convenient to send the post of someone else as a message.
