CNBC noticed that the team had accomplished testing a new format for mobile searches. The report of CNBC is specifically related to the test that Google is about to accomplish. According to the new format for mobile search, a photo would be shown from a webpage beside its link. According to the suggestion images would assist users realizing which link can help them getting the page most relevant to what are search for.

Google has been showing bigger image thumbnail in the search snippet. It is displayed in mobile search results for a long time. Since now images beside the site links are not at the underside of the snippet. This feature is still under testing. According to the report of CNBC, it is a pattern of changes which are assessed by Google’s quality raters on asking. In this situation quality raters of Google are questioned if they consider insertion of images beside site links are worthwhile to realize the results. According to the information obtained from CNBC’s report images are judged by quality raters 91% useful of the time.

Now images are given more preference for mobile search report so this change is about to be rolled out broadly. Google informed CNBC that beside quality raters, real users can also see these tests. It would not disclose the number of queries it have been displaying in each group.
